I am a sex-positive sex therapist, counsellor and sex educator. I am also the founder and creator of Pleasure Salon Melbourne.

I have over 20 years experience studying and understanding sex and sexuality. No matter how you identify, what you’re into, your relationship status or how you approach sex and intimacy, I work closely with my clients to develop a personal approach to addressing and teaching sexuality or exploring sexual issues and concerns. This could include discussing everything from physical experiences, fantasies and turn-ons through to relationship dynamics and fostering better communication skills to encourage you to identify where blockages may be and how you can alter your approach to working with them.

I have counselled clients within the sex /gender diverse communities and their partners and families around a variety of issues to support their processes from early transition through to family dynamics, renegotiating / re-establishing partnerships, work and other life roles. I have also  hosted forums with leaders in the gender diverse community  - primarily Pleasure Forum Australia.

I am a clinical registered member of CAPAV (Counselling & Psychotherapy Assoc of Vic) and a member of Society of Australian Sexologists. My qualifications include a Masters in Sexual Health, a Grad Dip of Counselling and Human Services, a Grad Dip in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor of Education (Adult).

My practice as a family and relationships counsellor involves working with a diverse range of clients, including people exploring their gender identity, those who have already transitioned, and those who have experienced challenges as a result of living in a gender normative society. I have worked with both children and adults and am open to playing an advocacy role for clients beyond counselling.
